Delivery

Standard UK delivery £4.95, free on orders over £60.

Deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

If anything in your order is unexpectedly unavailable, we'll contact you before dispatch with the option of a substitute or a full refund.

Returns & Refunds

You can return any item within 28 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed and has all tags attached. Start a return on our returns page, or email contact@milhaus.co.uk with your order number, and we will reply within 1 working day. If approved, we email you a returns label. Please don't post anything back until your return is confirmed.

Your legal right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, and receive a full refund including standard delivery costs. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return the items within 14 days of telling us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. We provide the returns label.

Faulty items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something isn't right, contact us and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
