Are your products genuine?

Yes. MILHAUS is an authorised stockist of Seasalt, Boden, White Stuff and Joules. Every piece is 100% authentic and arrives brand new with tags.

Why are your prices below RRP?

We buy directly in volume and keep our overheads low, then pass the difference on. Same garment, same season, lower price.

How long does delivery take?

2-5 business days anywhere in the UK. Delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £60. You'll receive tracking by email once your order is on its way.

How do returns work?

You have 28 days from delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Fill in the returns form, we reply within 1 working day, and if approved we email you a returns label. Refunds land within 2-5 working days of the return arriving.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes tracking and reordering easier.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has fit notes, and our size guide has full measurements. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit.
