What condition do items arrive in?

New and unworn, with the brand's own tags still attached. MILHAUS is an authorised stockist of the brands we sell.

How long does delivery take?

2 to 5 business days anywhere in the UK. We send every order with Royal Mail, tracked and traced. Delivery is £4.95, free on orders over £60, and you'll receive your tracking number by email once it's on its way.

How do returns work?

You have 28 days from delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Fill in the returns form, we reply within 1 working day, and if approved we email you a Royal Mail returns label. Refunds land within 2 to 5 working days of the return arriving.

Do I need an account?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply makes tracking and reordering easier.

How do I find my size?

Each product page has fit notes, and our size guide has full measurements. Between sizes? Size down for a closer fit.
