What we collect

Contact and delivery details, order and payment information (payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see your full card number), order history, customer service messages, and browsing data collected through cookies.

How we use it

To fulfil and deliver orders, provide customer service, process returns and refunds, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and, only with your consent, send marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in any email.

Sharing

We share only what's necessary to run the store and complete your order, with our website hosting provider, delivery carriers and payment providers. We never sell your personal data.

Retention and your rights

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing contact@milhaus.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
