Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases from milhaus.co.uk, operated by MILHAUS ("we").

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we email confirmation that your order has been dispatched. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error or stock unavailability.

Our products

We sell 100% authentic branded clothing, brand new with tags. MILHAUS is an authorised stockist of the brands we carry.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Our Delivery & Returns policy forms part of these terms, including your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our 28-day returns promise.

Your rights and our liability

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, and nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales (or your local UK courts where you are entitled to do so).
